Service Description

o Help set-up and maintain your non-profit organization’s tax-exempt status by handling all the IRS reporting requirements. o Prepare initial start up documentation including incorporation, federal employee identification number (EIN) with federal and state agencies. o Review and compile financial statements. o Complete and file non-profit status applications o Provide training for the board on not-for-profit financial statement usage and effective budgeting practices. o Prepare and file the applicable 990 tax forms. o Help prepare the pastoral housing allowance and other required benefit documentation to meet the complex dual status of ministers (FOR CHRUCHES ONLY)
